Formalités administratives de recevabilité

Après les formalités auprès de l’agence maritime et des douanes, le client ou son représentant (commissionnaire en douane), muni de tous les documents requis, se rend au service des rendez-vous de LCT pour les formalités administratives de recevabilité (livraison, réception, déballage, emballage et inspection des conteneurs).

The Appointment section checks the compliance of the files with the requirements (LCT, Customs and shipping Agency), records the transaction information and delivers the Terminal Access to the customer after payment of LCT invoice and invoices from other issuing organizations. Any change or modification of the transaction requires a new administrative formality which will result in the issue of a new Terminal Access.
