Complaint on invoice

The deadline for contesting invoices is eight (08) days from the date of receipt of invoices. Any complaint that LCT considers to be justified will be taken into consideration and examined subject to the timely receipt of convincing documents proving the complaint of the disputing customer. For this purpose, an invoice will be established in favor of the customer according to the procedure in force.
