Import Container Delivery

• The truck driver goes to the agents in the cabins with the required documents

• Verification of the driver’s documents and TA with Receivability and customs stamps

• Verification SEGUCE conditions are completed

• Administrative formalities control of the documentation (A-CHECK) and recording of the transaction in the TOS system and allocation of BAT number

• Edition of road ticket to be stamped, signed and given to the truck driver as well as the BAT number and other documents

• Delivery of the import container on the truck (Yard)

• Physical control of the container (presence of lead, damaged or not)

• Document verification and EIR editing

• Confirmation Statement of Container Removal in GUCE System

• X-ray scanner control if required by the Customs

• EIR Verification and Authorization for the truck to leave the terminal
