Requirements of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of LCT
The Code of Conduct and Ethics of LCT emphasizes the rules of conduct that LCT personnel, managers, agents, representatives, subcontractors, service providers, and their staff must observe, and calls for decent, dignified, and professional behavior. The provisions of the Code, as well as LCT’s policies, must be respected.
Ethics within the framework of the code implies:
- Acting with integrity;
- Respecting the laws in force and LCT rules;
- Communicating with sincerity;
- Respecting the dignity of others;
- Asking questions when unsure of the appropriate behavior to adopt;
- Reporting problems and irregularities to the address (mediateur@lct-togo.com).
The Code reflects LCT’s commitment to uphold:

Confidentiality
Transparency and accuracy of accounting, financial, and other records
Non-discrimination
Opposition to all forms of violence and harassment
Protection of confidential information and the privacy of staff and business partners
Opposition to child labor and forced labor

Compliance with HSSE standards (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment)
Fighting corruption and ensuring general compliance
LCT is committed to ensuring that any violation of the provisions of the Code may result in disciplinary sanctions, including dismissal for its employees, termination of partnership for subcontractors, or legal action, whether civil or criminal.
Any breach of the law, LCT’s policy, or the Code must be immediately reported to the legal officer at the email address: mediateur@lct-togo.com.
All employees, executives, agents, or representatives of LCT, as well as subcontractors and service providers, acknowledge that any violation of the provisions of the Code may constitute a breach of their contractual obligations.
