Long-term parking

Notwithstanding the provisions of the customs code (article 73), goods whose parking time on the terminal exceeds the required time may be subject of auctions. All goods, for which the port and customs fees are not paid within the required time, will be considered abandoned (overdue) after the following time periods:

• One month for goods in refrigerated containers (reefers) and other perishable goods
• Three months for other containerized goods
