• He has over 34 years of broad range of experience in project evaluation, development, monitoring and evaluation
• He started his professional career in August 1985 with the “Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole du Togo”
• Independent consultant since 1992, he worked for: International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Société Togolaise d’Etudes de Développement en Afrique (SOTED-Afrique) and West African Development Bank (BOAD)
